高周疲劳下含短裂纹晶体细观应力分析

  摘要:采用随机平面voronoi图模拟晶体微观结构,基于有限元方法计算了高周疲劳下含短裂纹晶体细观应力。研究了短裂纹尖端晶体在不同晶向下的应力状态,分析了短裂纹的应力强度因子随晶向的变化规律。对短裂纹穿越晶界的扩展进行了数值模拟,研究分析了短裂纹扩展方向同晶向的变化规律。

Microscopic Stress Analysis of Crystal with Short Crack under High Cycle Fatigue

  Abstract:The microscopic structure of crystal is simulated by the random plane voronoi diagram, and then based on finite element method the microscopic stress of crystal with short crack underhigh cycle fatigue are analyzed. After the study of the crystal stress before the crack tip,variation of stress intensity factors are discussed depending on the grain orientations. The numerical simulation of short crack propagation the through grain boundary is carried out to discuss the variation of the short crack propagating orientation with the grain orientations.
