关于组合法和复合法用于计算含MSD结构的应力强度因子的讨论

  摘 要:对比分析了组合法与复合法的原理,揭示出两种方法存在着本质上的区别。本文分别采用了组合法和复合法,并基于三种边界条件分解方法针对含MSD结构的应力强度因子计算,基于FRANC2D的计算结果进行比对,给出了计算MSD裂纹应力强度因子更为准确的方法。

Discussion on a Compounding Method and Empirical Method Applying on Calculating the Stress Intensity Factor in MSD

  Abstract: Compare and analyze the principle of the combination method and composite method, reveal that these two methods exist material difference. We use combination method and composite method respectively in this paper, and calculate the stress intensity factor of MSD structure based on three kinds of decomposition methods of the boundary conditions, and compared with the calculation results based on FRANC2D. At last, provide a more accurate method to calculate the stress intensity factor of MSD crack.
