    个人简介

韩冰工程师

    韩冰，1965年6月出生，山东省济宁市人，中共党员，研究生学历，教授级高级工程师，硕士生导师。现任钢铁研究总院青岛海洋腐蚀研究所所长、钢研纳克检测技术有限公司副总经理、青岛钢研纳克检测防护技术有限公司总经理。中国腐蚀与防护学会企业副理事长和水环境专业委员会副主任委员，《中国腐蚀与防护学报》编委会委员。

    1985年华南理工大学腐蚀与防护专业毕业至今，一直从事材料海洋环境腐蚀试验、海洋腐蚀与防护、阴极保护技术的研究和开发工作。先后承担了国家自然科学基金、国家科技基础条件平台、国家科技支撑计划等多个重大项目的研究工作，为完善材料在大气和海洋环境中的腐蚀预测、环境腐蚀性评价做了大量工作，为国家建设提供了标准、可靠、权威的科学依据。主持开展的“埋地管线的腐蚀检测与防护、海水电厂防腐防污技术、海洋石油平台延寿修复成套技术研究”等产业化项目，开辟了新的产业方向和经济增长点，经济和社会效益成绩显著。在国内外学术会议和刊物发表论文20多篇，获得国家专利四项，国家级科技进步二等奖一项，部级科技进步奖三项，军队科技进步二等奖一项，中国金属学会青年科技奖一项。
