摘要:对M152马氏体热强钢开展铸钢丸喷丸强化研究,分析了不同强度的喷丸工艺对于M152马氏体热强钢表面粗糙度、残余应力场和室温旋转弯曲疲劳应力-周次曲线的影响。结果表明,当喷丸强度为0.2mmA时,表面平均粗糙度Ra达到Ra1.3μm,M152钢残余应力场深度达到150μm,最大残余压应力达到700MPa,光滑疲劳极限较未喷丸的原始试样提高13%;当喷丸强度为0.1mmA时,表面平均粗糙度Ra仅为Ra0.9μm,M152钢残余应力场深度仅为90μm,最大残余压应力达到650MPa,疲劳极限与原始试样相当。表面粗糙度并不能可靠评价喷丸实施效果,疲劳性能是评价喷丸强化效果的可靠指标。

Effect of shot peening on fatigue property of M152Martensitic Refractory Steel

Abstract:M152 martensitic refractory steelwas employed to investigate the effect of shot-peening intensity on surface texture, residual stress profile and rotating-bending fatigue property. The results show the average roughness, the depth of residual stress profile, the maximum value of residual stress and the gain of fatigue limit (smooth specimens) are 1.3μm, 150μm, 700MPa and 13% respectively, when the shot-peening intensity is 0.2mmA. Moreover, when the shot-peening intensity is 0.1mmA, the average roughness, the depth of residual stress profile and the maximum value of residual stress are 0.9μm, 90μm, 650MPa,respectively, and the fatigue limit does not change from the original specimens. It means that fatigue property is a reliable indicator of the effect of shot peening, rather than surface roughness.
