显微疏松对7050合金厚板疲劳性能的影响

  摘要:对疲劳强度不合格的7050合金厚板样品进行了断口、金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析,并对相应的铸锭样品进行追溯分析。结果表明,样品疲劳性能低是由于铸锭显微疏松引起的。

Microporosity effects on fatigue performance of 7050 alloy thick plate

  Abstract:Fatigue fracture samples of 7050 alloy thick plate been analysised by means of microscope <javascript:void(0);> and SEM and EDX, and the corresponding as-cast samples for trace analysis. The results show that the lower fatigue performance is caused by microporosity of the ingot.
